While the anatomy and shading are really nice, I think the main purpose of a pinup is to emphasise the body and outfit. It seems like you've taken a simplistic approach to the outfit, which is fine, but I think you could make it stand out more if you added patterns, or maybe jewelry or hair accessories. Also, the droid is rather distracting from the overall picture, so maybe you could move it to the side or behind her instead of being front-and-centre.
